April 2021 - Community Events
Springtime is upon us. Remember to smell and kiss the flowers.
By Vanessa Alarcón Borja, Co-Founder & CEO
Our indigenous Kichwa heritage in the Andes is to celebrate Pawkar Raymi, the festival of flowering. Its significance is the blossoming of new life and rebirth in Mother Nature and within ourselves. This spiritual celebration happens along with the Andean New Year: Mushuk Nina (New Fire), also known as the Spring Equinox.
Here at Allpamamas, the energy of new beginnings feels strong. We’ve been nourishing our seeds and can see colorful flowers sprouting from them!
Read on to find out about the opportunities to share with Allpamamas this month. Follow us on Instagram to stay tuned, if you haven’t already.
